Working individually with a teacher lies at the heart of this approach to yoga, and private classes are an ideal way to develop yourown personal practice They are also helpful for those with special needs (injuries, restricted movement, pregnancy, stress, cancer) and for group students who wish to delve deeper. Students generally begin on a bi-weekly basis and are given a customized practice to take home.
Please get in touch to schedule a class: rose@anaama-yoga.ca
Group classes build on the basic principles of this approach to yoga. Students gradually learn to adapt the practice to themselves and to deepen their experience. Classes include postures, breathing, sound and relaxation, and vary in intensity. These provide a good way to establish a regular yoga practice in a supportive environment with individual atttention.
